Batteries while you wait
A quartz watch that stops usually just needs a new battery. Battery replacement is usually done while you wait at the counter, so you can walk out wearing it. If a new battery doesn't bring the watch back to life, we'll tell you what else it needs.
Bands, bracelets and links
A bracelet that's too loose or too tight is an easy fix. We remove or add links, adjust bracelets and fit new straps, so your watch sits right on your wrist.
Crystals, crowns and full service
A cracked or badly scratched crystal, or a crown that won't wind or screw down, should be replaced before moisture and dust get inside. We take care of both.
Mechanical watches, the ones that run on a spring instead of a battery, need a full service from time to time: the movement is cleaned, oiled and regulated so it keeps good time. A watch that's running fast or slow, stopping overnight, or showing fog under the crystal is telling you it's due. We service Rolex and other luxury watches as well as everyday ones.

While we take care of your watch, bring the gold or jewelry you no longer wear and ask what it's worth. Or ask about a pawn loan: cash for smaller loans, check or wire transfer for larger ones, with no credit check, and your piece stays yours until you repay.
