Ordinarily, we prefer that the person who originally pawned the item be the one to pick it up. It's the simplest and most secure way to make sure your belongings are returned to the right person.

However, we understand that sometimes circumstances make that difficult or impossible. In those situations, we can arrange for someone else to pick up your item on your behalf once the form is completed and notarized.
