A gold loan at Barry's
A gold pawn loan is a loan secured by your gold. You bring in your chains, bracelets, rings or coins with a photo ID, we test and weigh them at our counter, and you get your loan the same visit: cash for smaller loans, check or wire transfer for larger ones. Your gold stays at our Boca Raton store until you repay and pick it up.
There is no credit check, and nothing is reported to credit bureaus.
Getting your gold back
When you're ready, repay the loan at the counter and we hand your gold back to you. If you need more time, the loan can be extended. Talk to us before the loan expires.
How much can I borrow on my gold?
It depends on the karat, the weight and the current gold market, which moves every day, so we don't quote numbers online. We'll make you an offer the same visit. For an idea first, send photos through the quote form or text them to (561) 786-2431, along with any karat stamps you can see.

Pawn your gold or sell it?
We can usually offer more to buy a piece than to lend on it, because you're selling it outright. A pawn loan lets you keep a piece you want to wear again, like a family chain or ring, and pick it up when you repay. Ask for both numbers at the counter and decide what suits you.
