A watch loan at Barry's
A watch pawn loan is a loan secured by your watch. You bring it in with a photo ID, we look it over in front of you, and you get your loan the same visit: cash for smaller loans, check or wire transfer for larger ones. The watch stays at our Boca Raton store until you repay and pick it up. There is no credit check, and nothing is reported to credit bureaus.
Getting your watch back
When you're ready, repay the loan at the counter and we hand your watch back to you. If you need more time, the loan can be extended. Talk to us before the loan expires.
What we look at
Every watch is different, so we look at the one in front of us: the brand, the model and reference, the condition of the case, bracelet and crystal, and whether it's running and keeping time. We check it for authenticity right at the counter, where you can watch.
If you have the box, papers, warranty card, service receipts or extra bracelet links, bring them along. They help us confirm what the watch is.
Pawn your watch or sell it?
We can usually offer more to buy a watch than to lend on it, because you're selling it outright. A pawn loan lets you keep ownership and pick it up when you repay. Ask for both numbers at the counter and decide what suits you.
