What do I need to bring with me?

All you need is your item and your valid state issued ID.

How long do you hold my item for?

As long as you pay the monthly fee, your items will be held securely until you pick them up.

Are my items safe?

Your items are secured from the time you drop them off until when they are picked up. We are also insured by Loyds of London.

Do you speak Spanish? Hablas español?

Can I sell my item, or do I have to take a loan?

Absolutely. Many of our customers prefer to just take the cash and sell their items outright.

Do I need a minimum credit score?

We do not check your credit. The value of your loan is only based on the value of your item and your relationship with our store.

Will a loan affect my credit?

Your credit will not be affected in any way.

Is there a dollar limit to the amount I can borrow?

No loan is too big or too small.

Do you take only jewelry?

No. We take all items of value. Give us a call any time and we will let you know if your item is good collateral for a loan.

Is your pricing competitive?

When is my payment due?

Your payment is due every 30 days from the day the loan is written.

How is my interest calculated?

The interest rate is based on the total loan amount and the duration of the loan.
